The primary aim of this programme is to empower women through income-generating projects, education and skills training.

Empowering women gives them a voice to defend themselves and learn how to respond to various issues they may experience.

Additionally, this programme aims to teach women and girls about topics such as reproductive health.

In Kenya, many women suffer from discrimination, early pregnancies, arranged marriages and school dropouts. Therefore, this programme provides an opportunity to bring woman together to share their experiences, empower one another and motivate each other to achieve personal goals.

Volunteers will take part in the following:

• Running life skills classes
• Running classes in schools about sexual health etc.
• Teaching women about reproductive health, entrepreneurship etc.
• Assisting with group/individual therapy and counselling.
