Do you want to become a volunteer teacher in Maasai Land?

If you choose our teaching programme located in the Maasai, you will be placed at a Government school. Many of the schools are located within rural settings often with no electricity.

As a volunteer in the Maasai you will be able to immerse yourself in the unique culture of the Maasai community, one of the only communities in Africa that still practices their culture. 

With this type of programme you will be able to make a genuine difference and see how your work is benefitting the children first hand. 

Often classes are large and under-resourced. This programme offers a hands-on experience that will allow you to gain teaching experience and also make a difference to the learning of young children.

Volunteers will take part in the following ?

• Teaching basic English, mathematics, science, social studies and other subjects. 
• Writing homework assignments
• Marking examinations
• Making teaching materials
• Assist with teaching computer literacy
