Are you interested in being a medical volunteer?

We offer opportunities in multiple areas, such as: emergency care, radiology, dentistry, pediatrics, surgery, maternity care, HIV/AIDS support and nursing. Volunteers are placed in medical clinics, dispensaries and hospitals, aiming to support the Kenyan medical professionals.

This programme is available throughout the year with flexible start dates and duration. Serving as a medical volunteer will give you the opportunity to help the poor communities in Kenya, whilst also enhancing your own medical skills and experience.

Volunteers will also get the opportunity to learn about the healthcare system in Kenya and contribute to the wellbeing of the larger society.

Volunteers will take part in the following:

• Performing basic health checks such as checking a patient's temperature, blood pressure, pulse and recording their weight.
• Maintaining files and assisting with daily routines.
• Educating communities about how to lead a healthy lifestyle, diseases, prevention of diseases and immunization importance.
